The 90-Night Keep-It Guarantee

Every Solace order is covered by our 90-Night Keep-It Guarantee. Use the Solace Pro 1 every night for up to 90 nights from the day your order arrives. If your jaw doesn't feel the difference, email us and we refund every cent — and you keep the device. Nothing to box up, nothing to ship back.

How to claim it

Email hi@solacerelief.com from the email you ordered with (or include your order number) any time within 90 nights of delivery. No return label, no restocking fee, no questionnaire, no "are you sure?" emails. We process the refund to your original payment method; depending on your bank it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

2-Packs and 3-Packs

The same guarantee applies to multi-device orders: you receive a full refund, you keep one device, and we email you a prepaid return label for the extra devices. Send those back within 30 days of receiving the label.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you. This applies independently of the 90-night window.
