United States

US shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address or address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email hi@solacerelief.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can update the address any time before the order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, email us — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You won't be left chasing a carrier.
