1. Our products

The Solace Pro 1 is a personal wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results vary. If you have a diagnosed TMJ disorder, a jaw-joint injury, or any medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use. Stop using the device if you experience pain or discomfort beyond mild warmth and pressure.

2. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including orders affected by a pricing or listing error — in which case you will be refunded in full. We may limit quantities per customer.

3. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (the 90-Night Keep-It Guarantee).

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and research citations accurate and honest. Community quotes shown on our pages are from public forums and are clearly marked as not being Solace customer reviews. Cited research describes mechanisms studied in peer-reviewed literature, not tests of our specific device.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, images, and branding — belongs to Solace and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solace's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
